I call myself a guide because I don’t tell women what their path should look like.
I walk beside them as they move through transformation — grounded, accessible, and deeply transformative.

My work is rooted in safety and embodiment.
As a certified transformational circle facilitator, embodied coach, and trauma therapist with over a decade of experience in the HR & coaching industry, I bring both professional grounding and depth in facilitating spaces for change — whether in groups or one-on-one settings.

I also draw from ancient traditions: practices of ritual, ceremony, earth-based wisdom, and the collective stories of women.
These roots run deep in me, and I weave them into my work in ways that are accessible, empowering, and relevant to modern life.

In recent years, I’ve specialized in women’s work — guiding women through cycles of growth, development, and empowerment.
My work is not just about self-healing, but about rediscovering what becomes possible when you feel safe in your body, reclaim your voice, and reconnect with your spark of life
.

Welcome. You’ve found your way here for a reason.

Hello Wild woman, I’m Johanna

A woman in winter clothing, including a fur-lined hooded jacket, standing on a muddy dirt road looking at her reflection in a large puddle, with a snowy field and leafless trees in the background.

Professional training & personal path

My work is grounded in both professional and spiritual learning.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Inclusive Education (Orthopedagogy) and am a certified embodied coach, trauma therapist, and transformative circle facilitator.

Over the years, I’ve deepened my practice through studies in somatic work, Siberian shamanic tradition, energy healing, feminine embodiment, astrology, and circle facilitation — including an initiation in Siberian shamanism, exploring trance journeys, ancestral healing, and the Medicine Wheel as tools for transformation.

These experiences form the foundation of my integrative, trauma-informed approach, weaving together body wisdom, archetypal understanding, and ancient traditions in service of connection and transformation.

Inspiration

I’m endlessly curious and always learning. My work is inspired by voices from both science and soul.

My work is shaped by teachers, traditions, and lived transmissions. Deeply rooted in body, story, spirit, and earth.
